These gifts change regularly so be careful! You can have your favorite product to choose from for free on your next order.

When you choose the Swiss Billing payment method, your order is accepted by Swiss Billing.
If you are unable to place an order, we invite you to contact them in order to resolve the blockage.
Another solution will be to choose another method of payment.

Your delivery address can be changed flexibly from your customer area. If you change your address while an order is being processed, please communicate it immediately by email to ensure that the order will be delivered to the correct address.
You can check the status of all your orders in your customer area by clicking on “Orders”. Also with each shipment you will receive the tracking number.
LJ Shop keeps the following information to ensure the smooth running of your orders:

All prices and costs are mentioned when ordering. At no time will LJ Shop ask you for additional costs such as customs fees or others.
We ship to most countries in Europe and the United States. If your country does not appear when you register, please write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Since all products are in stock, you receive all products at the same time.

On the product page you can check if the figurine will be delivered with protection.
If you need to return a product to us, it must be in perfect condition and in its original packaging (if applicable). You have 7 days to make the return. All returns must be notified in advance and will not be accepted unless a written request is received.
Even if almost impossible, you may receive the wrong product. In such a situation, all you have to do is contact us in writing at email@example.com and explain the incident to us. Our team will treat your request with the utmost care.
If, despite our dedicated attention to your shipment, you receive a damaged product, please send us a photo of the shipment in question as well as the photos showing the damaged product(s) at firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of receiving your package. Our team will deal with this incident within 12 hours after receiving your complaint.
You have 7 days after receipt of your order to notify us of a return.
The following conditions apply:
1. If the shipment has not yet been made, the order will simply be cancelled.
2. If the shipment is already on the way or delivered, you must return the products to us, at your expense, in perfect condition and in their original packaging (if applicable). Once the shipment has been returned and checked, the refund will follow within 7 days. Shipping costs will not be refunded. If the payment method chosen was Swiss Billing or Paypal, the payment costs are not refunded.
3. If your return results in the removal of the shipping costs offered, the shipping costs applied to your country are not refunded.
4. If the return of a product cancels your right to the chosen gift, you must return the product as well as the gift. If with the cancellation of a product from your order you are in any case entitled to a gift of a lower level, you can communicate this to us by choosing it and this can be shipped with your next order.
